Market Update for the Week of January 22nd, 2018

Did you know that spinach harvested in the wintertime is sweeter?  The plants convert their starches into sugars in order to survive the cold weather.  Visit us on Wednesday and stock up on spinach and other super fresh, unique, locally grown produce.
